CREAMY AVACADO-THAI MANGOSTEEN DIP

2 ripe avocados (each about ½ pound)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice, or to taste
½ small red onion, chopped
½ cup low-fat buttermilk
½ cup Naturally Thai Mangosteen™
1 Tbsp. Low-fat mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon ground cumin, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
¼ - ½ cup water

Combine all ingredients except water and salt in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. With processor motor running, add just enough water to achieve creamy dressing-like consistency. Season with salt to taste. Transfer to a small bowl and refrigerate until serving time.
