Everywhere USA, May 2016—Here’s a good way to pick up on some “Zzzzzzzzz’s”.

A recent study from Nutrition Journal sought to determine if isoflavones from food would have a position impact on sleep duration and quality.

The researchers found, after analyzing the diets and sleep patterns of more than 1,000 Japanese adults, that higher isoflavone intake (between 22mg and 166mg in a 2,000 calorie day) was positively associated with optimal sleep duration and quality in the Japanese population tested.
